Return time:

Products can be returned free of charge within 7 days of purchase.

Product return conditions: 

In case the product is defective due to the manufacturer, Ostrich Skin Le Lan will proceed to exchange for a new product or refund you.

In case the product is not defective but you want to exchange/return, the product must meet the following conditions:

• The product must still have labels on it, the box must be intact and not dented.
• The product has not been used and there are no strange marks on the product.
